Director, Mega State Development

 The Director, Mega State Development if a full time employed position responsible for enhancing growth, productivity, and cultural aspects of eXp Realty within a defined state geographic region. eXp Realty has experienced, is experiencing and is well-positioned for continued dynamic growth and is looking for this role to help achieve sustainable growth through the attraction of productive real estate professionals who are also representatives of and contributors to the Company’s strong culture and to drive revenue from that agent base. The Director, Mega State Development  will help lead the Company's growth strategies in new and existing markets within the State. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate sales leader with significant experience and proven successes in the real estate industry. This person will have an exceptional track record of recruiting, identifying prospects, leading and inspiring teams, and of employing a collaborative approach to development and a tireless work ethic. This is a position that requires maturity and a willingness and devotion to putting the needs of the Company and its agent-shareholders and customers ahead of personal needs.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

● Responsible for meeting company goals for overall agent growth and top line revenue in the assigned State

● Works with eXp Executives to develop attraction strategy to

achieve company strategic growth goals in the assigned State

● Works with eXp Executives to develop and refine procedures

and best practices for building culture and agent attraction

● Identifies, attracts and interviews agents in the assigned State and issues approvals based

on predefined criteria

● Assists agents across all revenue share groups with growth in the assigned State by

conducting attraction appointments, leading group attraction sessions (both live and in

the Cloud)

●  Creates, manages and supports a network of local eXp Growth advocates in major cities within the assigned states

● Drives attendance at Cloud sessions and events and attend and drive attendance at the

Company’s two major live annual events

● Increases agent engagement with the Company and the Cloud environment through live

State events, special in-world State events, building company culture and

continuously identifying the company’s value proposition

● Create annual growth strategy plan for the State

● Works with State Administrative Broker to achieve retention goals

● Leads various State-related meetings in the cloud campus

● Measures and tracks key metrics for the State

● Maintains and tracks a pipeline of agents to be attracted

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :

● Hold an active real estate license with demonstrated history of leadership in real

estate

● Success in managing and motivating a geographically remote workforce

● Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of growth and/or culture

Building

●  Ability to read financial spreadsheets and understanding of factors that impact on the P&L

● Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in

individual and group settings both internal and external

● Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency

● Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment

● Possess the highest degree of integrity

● Willingness and ability to travel

● Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)

● Highly competitive, strategic thinker

● Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
