Customer Service Associate

As an Agent Services Support member you’ll take a proactive role to support new agents, provide guidance, answer inquiries, and offer support pertaining to eXp Realty in a variety of areas. The ideal candidate for this position is customer service oriented, self-motivated, and a resourceful individual.

This position requires 40 hours of commitment per week. This position requires a reliable Internet connection and wearing a headset while working with team members to assist real estate agents and brokers in a virtual office environment.


  • Updating customer account information.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Respond to client communication in a manner that provides added value and generates significant customer satisfaction.
  • Rapidly establish a positive working relationship with customers and other professionals.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  • Identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems.
  • Responding to and answering questions from agents who visit our cloud office by voice or text chat
  • Responding to email inquiries that come into our Agent Services group email


● Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience

● High school grad or higher

● Excellent written/verbal communication skills

● Proficient computer skills

● Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of tools

● Experience with Google apps (docs, sheets, slides)
