As an Agent Services Support member you’ll take a proactive role to support new agents, provide guidance, answer inquiries, and offer support pertaining to eXp Realty in a variety of areas. The ideal candidate for this position is customer service oriented, self-motivated, and a resourceful individual.
This position requires 40 hours of commitment per week. This position requires a reliable Internet connection and wearing a headset while working with team members to assist real estate agents and brokers in a virtual office environment.
● Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
● High school grad or higher
● Excellent written/verbal communication skills
● Proficient computer skills
● Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of tools
● Experience with Google apps (docs, sheets, slides)
