Lead, Transaction Coordinator

As a key member of eXp Realty’s Agent Success team, this newly created position will act as the first line of support for every agent in the organization when they have questions or challenges with their local MLS or Association.

Represents eXp Realty as a lead to the front-line organization to assist agents and brokers on their Real Estate transactions.  The Lead for our Big State Transactions  will  work side by side with Transaction Specialists and serving as a lead / point of contact to help answer simple to complex questions as a relates to every day  in a virtual (remote) environment World-class customer service / experience is required for every interaction with strong problem-solving skills, empathy and urgency to every engagement.  This is a lead position that performs the responsibility of a Transaction Specialist but also serves as an escalation and Subject Matter expert for his/her immediate employees

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

Manages and works side by side with a team that supports transactions with focus on 1 of the following areas:

Individual Agents
Teams Transactions (e.g. Mega, Large Teams)
State / Geo Based Transactions (e.g. CA, FL, TX, Ontario)

NOTE:  Facilitate possible workflow that may be unique in each of the above 3 segments

Identifies areas of improvement to Director – Transaction Team; always identifying and recommending process improvement to help with overall agent experience
Work within cloud-based Real Estate Transaction Management platforms
Organize Transaction Documents
Check both Platforms for accuracy of file information
Complete daily tasks in a timely efficient manner
Assist Agent with Transaction Management Platform and Commission Disbursement questions
Assist Broker for document review and reminders of status of file to fulfill
Communicate and answer Agent questions in eXp Email in a timely manner
Greet Agent/New Recruits in cloud-based office and provide education of services provide

Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and entering data is required
Assist immediate needs of agents and brokers
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with agents
Respond to agents’ questions in a timely and professional manner
Work independently, resolve problems in a timely manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2 year OR 4-year College degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, real estate transaction process with focus on delivering a world-class customer service / experience
Real Estate Experience in Transaction Contract Management a MUST
Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts, leases, and settlement statements
Highly adaptable and a clear-thinking problem solver
A self-starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects with a “can do” attitude
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Professional telephone skills
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Positive, trustworthy and dependable
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word;
SkySlope experience preferred
Ability to work remotely with no direct in-person supervision
