Director, Teams Onboarding Success

As Director of Teams Onboarding Success – you will be representing eXp Realty as the leader in sales (attraction), onboarding new joining agents and brokers and building and fostering relationships for mega teams and large brokerages.  The position will require the ability to work in a matrixed, cross functional organization driving accountability and flawless execution. The ideal candidate for this position lives, breathes and practices Customer Experience and Change Management frameworks with strong Real Estate background, account management experience and the ability to navigate / define multiple work streams simultaneously. World-class customer service / experience is required for every interaction with strong problem-solving skills, empathy and urgency to every engagement.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

  • Mega Teams and Large Brokerage Onboarding Success
  • Define and lead onboarding program for mega-teams and large brokerages joining eXp;
  • Lead cross-functional project management to ensure successful transitions of mega-team and large brokerages into eXp;
  • Build and foster relationships during the sales (attraction) process, onboarding and post-onboarding with key stakeholders on Mega Teams and Large Brokerages either in-person or in eXp World as a contributing member(s) of the organization long term;
  • Interfaces with senior eXp leadership, ensuring key deliverables are executed in a timely, prescriptive manner – hitting key milestones;
  • Navigate and partner with key stakeholders in matrixed organization to drive teams onboarding success;
  • Collaborate and lead the creation and execution of an onboarding playbook for mega-teams, large brokerages down to individual agents;
  • Serves as the single point of contact for mega teams and large brokerages to learn, define and prescribe onboarding tactics and timeline
  • Create near and long-term strategy for eXp to meet the needs of mega teams / large brokerages
  • Work closely with Director of Transaction Team to coordinate post-onboarding needs for teams
  • Ensures a comprehensive delivery and coordination of technology, process and overall training to help agents and brokers be successful at eXp;
  • Work with Product/Engineering team to define needs of onboarding teams efficiently, effectively and accurately
  • Develop and coach cross functional stakeholders - driving company values and agent experience design principles into organization;
  • Day to day coordination with virtual teams across 3 time zones;
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles with Agent Experience leadership team;
  • Create readiness of Agent Experience team to handle hyper growth and international expansion for mega teams and large brokerages

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-year College degree / MBA preferred
  • Project Management Certification or related experience
  • Senior account management experience from small to Enterprise customers in the Real Estate industry interfacing across CxO to Agent customer stakeholders;
  • 3-5 years account management, onboarding and/or customer success background in real estate required
  • 3-5 years in a high-volume, technology leadership role with focus on delivering a world-class customer service / experience;
  • Direct Real Estate industry experience working with small to large brokerages
  • Program and/or Project management or related experience onboarding real estate brokerages
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make metric-driven business decisions;
  • Ability to deliver and present summary of business results to varying levels of leadership within eXp;
  • Critical thinker with aptitude to deliver agile solutions;
  • Excellent c-level written, verbal and organization communication;
  • Position will require virtual coordination teams across 3 time zones across America; must be able  to work remotely with no direct in-person supervision
