Marketing and Communications Manager

eXp Realty is seeking a motivated professional for the role of Marketing & Communications Manager. This position will manage functions of marketing and communications for company employees, and eXp agents and brokers. The role requires strong messaging and strategy skills with the ability to tell our important story to a variety of audiences by creating compelling content using strategic and creative communications best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create content and deliver tactical implementation for internal communications to staff and agent/broker audiences.
  • Serve as a strategic communications partner working with a variety of staff and functional teams by writing, editing, coordinating, planning, providing counsel and executing internal communications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal staff, including industry relations, marketing and social/content to tell the eXp story to internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in the management, strategy and logistics of external events while offering assistance on internal events.


  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement communications strategies, plans and solutions.
  • Experience in B2B/industry/corporate marketing.
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities as well as project management expertise.
  • Experience creating corporate positioning and messaging.
  • Creative, flexible, gritty and resourceful team player.
  • Self-starter attitude, agile, with ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing and/or PR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
