QA Automation Specialist

We have an immediate need for a QA Automation Specialist that will be responsible for improving our testing automation, supporting innovation teams, and overall product quality while maintaining our sprint schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for improved automation of QA testing
  • Identify tools, processes, and procedures to support Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery
  • Develop and manage test plan and test case creation based on user stories
  • Key member of efficient agile team performing testing and validation in two week sprint intervals
  • Assist development in issue analysis/debugging, preparing test environment, etc as needed

Key Qualifications:  

  • BA/BS in computer engineering or related field preferred, but not required
  • High School/GED required
  • 4+ years software testing experience
  • 2+ years experience with Test Automation Tools
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with Jira and Zephyr for Jira preferred but not required
  • Experience in working with remote teams
  • Experience in supporting technology products to the real estate market (preferred but not required)
  • Detail oriented, with focus on quality
  • Experience working in agile environment
  • Strong communication skills
